If you are having trouble accessing our databases via our homepage, have a current user name and password that is working for your email, and are also using Covenant Eyes then you must call CovenantEyes support and explain the situation to them.  The tech said that he was going to put a note out to their support team regarding this but they'll need to be aware that the student is calling about BJU resources.
